By using our website, making a booking, browsing listings, or listing your property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Booking Policy

All bookings made through GhorFind.com are subject to confirmation by the respective property owner or management.

  • A non-refundable security deposit or advance payment may be required to secure your reservation.
  • Bookings become valid only after payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been sent via email or SMS.
  • The final booking price may vary depending on availability, seasonal pricing, and any additional services requested.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
  • Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Security deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations after check-in may result in charges for one or two nights depending on the circumstances.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must respect the property, furniture, and surrounding neighborhood.
  • Any damage caused during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
  • Loud music, parties, or overcrowding are prohibited unless prior approval has been obtained.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the limit specified during booking.

5. Property Rules

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
  • Pets are only allowed where specifically mentioned in the listing.
  • Illegal activities or disruptive behavior may result in immediate cancellation without refund and may lead to legal action.

6. Liability Disclaimer

GhorFind.com and the respective property owners shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, accident, injury, or damage occurring during your stay.

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings and are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the property owner.

7. Listing Policy (For Property Owners)

  • Property owners must provide accurate property information, photographs, amenities, pricing, and availability.
  • GhorFind.com reserves the right to remove, edit, or suspend listings that contain misleading information or violate our policies.
  • Property owners are responsible for maintaining transparency throughout the booking process.

8. Force Majeure

GhorFind.com and property owners shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, power outages, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Platform Usage

  • Users agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations while using GhorFind.com.
  • Fraudulent activities, fake listings, spam, abusive behavior, or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension, removal of listings, or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on GhorFind.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, website design, and branding, is the property of GhorFind.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

12. Changes to These Terms
